Essere aggressivo è un tratto che spesso mi ha contraddistinto, molti direbbero inaspettatamente. Non ho ancora compreso se sia un difetto o meno, ma come molti, lo giustifico confondendolo con l’onestà d’intenti. Un buon modo per auto-assolversi, specie davanti ai meno attenti, ma resta pur sempre una falsità.
Rivedendo la prima bozza della mia sceneggiatura, ho voluto aggiungere una pagina sui miei intenti. Rileggendola oggi, percepisco un’aggressività latente. A voi il giudizio:
Il Manifesto di Amorumò
A te che stai leggendo,
Amorumò nasce dall’unione di due storie concepite per restare divise: Atlante e Harem. Due anime diverse, eppure scritte nello stesso respiro: da febbraio a luglio 2025. Prima di loro, ho scritto e scartato tanto. Ho scalato monti che sembravano insormontabili, rivoluzionato il mio pensiero, dato tutto me stesso. La mia anima è qui, tra queste pagine. Può piacerti o meno, non importa. L’unica cosa che conta è che tu sappia che ogni singola lettera è stata guidata dall’onestà intellettuale.
Tempo fa vidi un film:

Being aggressive is a trait that has often defined me—unexpectedly, many would say. I have yet to understand whether it is a flaw or not, but like many, I justify it by mistaking it for honesty of intent. A convenient way to excuse oneself, especially before the less observant, yet it remains a falsehood nonetheless.
While revising the first draft of my graphic novel script, I chose to add a page regarding my intentions. Re-reading it now, I sense a latent aggression. I leave the judgment to you:
The Amorumò Manifesto
To you, the reader,
Amorumò is born from the union of two stories originally conceived to stand alone: Atlante and Harem. Two distinct souls, yet written in the same breath: from February to July 2025. Before them, much was written and just as much discarded. I climbed mountains that seemed insurmountable, revolutionized my thoughts, gave my everything. My soul is here, within these pages. You may like it, or you may not—it does not matter. What matters is that you know every single letter was guided by intellectual honesty.
Some time ago, I saw a film:
