Detto questo, è da un paio di giorni che ho scaricato la nuova app, Lichess ha sempre avuto il vantaggio delle analisi dettagliate e gratuite, che ora, con TakeTakeTake, sono in base al proprio livello di gioco e non impossibili da comprendere.
Javokhir intanto ha giocato Torre f7 ponendo un punto definitivo alla vittoria dei Candidati.
Sono contento della nuova app, della possibilità di avere una piattaforma diversa. Credo che un po’ di competizione tra Chess.com e TakeTakeTake faccia molto bene al gioco.
Chess.com ha creato un sistema fantastico, portando benefici al gioco di natura economica. Credo che fondamentalmente sia una cosa essenziale, da non sottovalutare. Tutti i nuovi tornei online, i ricchi premi, la pubblicità, la copertura dei tornei (come quello che sto vedendo ora). Non si può che ringraziare la piattaforma che ha fatto sicuramente crescere il mondo degli scacchi.
D’altro canto, ripeto, una competizione tra due piattaforme può portare ulteriori benefici legati alla sottrazione di un monopolio del Pedone verde che ormai andava avanti da anni.
Mi aspetto che questo nuovo sistema che si verrà a creare e porterà ad una scissione tra i vari atleti e YouTube, e anche in un futuro, non molto lontano, un calendario di torneo online sempre più fitto e dettagliato. Di conseguenza, più soldi per gli scacchisti e più benefici per gli amanti del gioco.
TakeTakeTake ha creato un’ottima applicazione che può solo migliorare, una differenza principale tra le due piattaforme è che l’Elo di Lichess è sempre più alto rispetto a quello di Chess.com. Ponendo così dubbi a chi crede che il punteggio serva a qualcosa online.
Ho fatto una ricerca a riguardo, il sistema di punteggio differente rispetto all’Elo FIDE (ma questo già lo sapevo), interessante invece, come sia differente anche tra le due piattaforme: Chess.com utilizza Glicko-1, Lichess Glicko-2 che, al contrario del primo, tiene in considerazione anche la volatilità.
Due piattaforme completamente diverse, due esperienze di gioco diverse. Nel pieno stile del blog, Sidio predilige il gioco, quindi, perché scegliere?
